Get to know

Originally from Havre de Grace, Maryland, Jaylyn Brown works and plays in Hampton Roads, Virginia. She is an established publicist and communications specialist with a robust background in marketing, events, and community development. She has worked alongside Super Bowl Champions and legends in the NFL, MLB, and NBA, helping players, coaches, and executives by curating their community initiatives and nonprofit ventures. With a unique ability to make the impossible attainable, Brown’s resume includes some of her leading roles in the developments of fundraising events to support Pittsburgh Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin, Vice President of Jordan Brand, Howard White, her representation of retired Green Bay Packers record holder turned political powerhouse, Aaron Rouse, and the National Football League’s first black female official, Maia Chaka.

Brown’s love for the sports industry began at a young age when she served as a team ambassador for the Cal Ripken Little League World Series, working with teams Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Southwest. From then on, her career transitioned through college as an athletic marketing lead and working with athletes in their pre-draft process, through their professional careers and post career development. “Understanding and nourishing relationships has gotten me into more rooms, than a paid ticket ever could. I’m most proud of the personal rapport I have with each of my clients that makes the work more like winning together,” said Brown. In addition to making waves in her industry, Brown is a published author, public speaker and enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and making a difference in her community.
